All coverages are per insured person. Plans and pricing renew annually on December 1. Prescription drug coverage is based on the calendar year and includes direct billing where available. Health and paramedical services are reimbursed at 80%, subject to reasonable and customary (R&C) limits. Out-of-country travel is covered at 100% up to $5,000,000 lifetime, with unlimited trips within the maximum trip duration.
Benefits terminate at age 65, at which point members may be eligible to transition to the Legacy Plan, designed for retirees. Optional coverage upgrades, including additional life and critical illness insurance, may be available after enrollment. Not all benefits are listed on this page.
